i am buying 3 new machine month of Feb 23 . as on date machine continuous problem but no response from ACE Team ( Mr. Pradeep, Athul, Suresh Kannan, Sumanth ) and All India Service Head Mr. Senthil . All or No response. Only sending Joiner Eigg. He Don't know any think about machine service only visiting and going not making any proper service report also

No scope for lateral hired employees in this company, one of the senior leadership member ( retired and continued) of this company is not allowing anyone to showcase their talents and he is always doing bad mouthing, unnecessary interventions & creating politics in most of the departments all the time, the management need to understand this bitter truth to bring positive changes in the company, otherwise this is really a proud enterprise of India in tool machine manufacturing.

We strongly recommend not to buy Ace Designer machine. We had a ridiculous experience with the machine. No proper prior solution given before buying the machine. We are facing huge problems with the machine. Very unprofessional approach
